• A 90 minute strategy session annually to review where you are now, where you want to be in the future and what action you need to take
• An online report dashboard with your monthly numbers, educational videos and a forecast of your obligations so you can reserve money ahead of time
• Access to Better in Business podcast and resources (betterinbusiness.global), which are all expertly designed help business owners thrive rather than just survive

In terms of the Bookkeeping, here’s what’s included:

• You’ll be working with a registered & insured BAS Agent for peace of mind
  • You’ll have an assigned bookkeeper & I’ll also be available anytime you need me (as will the whole team)
  • Tailored level of offsite support (email / phone / remote desktop & video support)
  • Complimentary (free of charge) Receipt-bank subscription
  • Checking /Auditing your accounting file monthly
  • Send you a full set of financial / management reports monthly (we aim for the 15th of the month)
  • Send you a summary of current and upcoming ATO Obligations report (monthly) so you can reserve money for these obligations
  • Registering new assets & liabilities in your books for you
  • Letting you know if we find mistakes so we can offer up training
  • Lodging your BAS through our BAS Agent Portal
  • Dealing with the ATO on your behalf
  • Liaising with your Accountant whenever it’s required

What’s not Included
• Actual Bookkeeping (as you’re electing to DIY)
• Payroll or Payroll Support
• Catch Up Work, Fix Up Work & Historical Lodgements
• Onsite visits

DIY Bookkeeping & Additional Help
As you are electing to DIY the day to day bookkeeping, we assume that you have enough skills, experience & knowledge to do the job. If not, please talk to us for and end-to-end bookkeeping quote or a DIY Bookkeeper training package quote.

If we find that you are not managing the day to day bookkeeping efficiently, we’ll offer to either
• Train you
• Do some work for you
And in either case we’ll provide you with a quote or charge you on an hourly basis.

Your Role & Tasks – Here are the things you’ll do to collaborate with us

• Use DEXT (receipt-bank) to capture your bills for us
• Key your sales invoices
• Debt collections
• Provide us with your bank statements monthly (so we can reconcile)

And one last but very important thing is to follow the systems we give you so that we can complete your work in the most efficient manner possible.

From time to time you may need more than the regular day-to-day help included in this package. If work requested is out of scope, we’ll talk to you about how we can help.
